Tulane Football Hosts 8 Recruits for the Weekend of January 21-23
Alexandria Defensive Lineman J’Mari Monette headlines the first crop of visitors for 2022.

Tulane football recruiting for the Class of 2022 is picking up right where it left off with 8 visitors to the Cresent City.
J’Mari Monette is a 6’4 270 defensive lineman who reports offers from Tulane, Texas, Mississippi State, Missouri, Baylor, Indiana, Memphis, SMU and others. Tulane has had a strong year recruiting on the defensive line, and Monette could be the cherry on top of what could be the strongest defensive line class Tulane has signed in a long time.
Kentrell Webb is a 5’11 180 lb safety from Paetow, Texas. Webb has reported FBS offers from Navy, Air Force, Texas State and New Mexico State.
Kanye Varner is a 6’3 270 lb defensive end from Jonesboro, Georgia. Like Monette, Varner could be a nice addition to the Tulane defensive front. Varner has reported offers from Tulane, Kansas State, Kansas, UCF, USF, ECU, Memphis, Coastal Carolina and several others.
Quad Harrison is a 6’5 215 lbs tight end from John Carroll High School in Alabama. He is rated a 3 star prospect by 247 sports. Harrison has reported offers from Liberty, New Mexico and UT Martin.
Jason Reynolds is a 6’2 215 lb linebacker from McDonough, GA. Reynolds has good size for the position and sports a 4.62 40 yard dash time. Reynolds has offers from Army, Air Force, Appalachian State, Navy, Harvard, Princeton, Yale, UPenn and Dartmouth among others.
Keanon McNally, the monstrous 6’10 290 lb offensive lineman from Kearney, MO who signed with Tulane in December will be making his official visit this weekend. Welcome to the Green Wave family, Keanon!
Tyhler Williams is a 6’4 300 lb offensive lineman from Alpharetta, GA. Williams reported offers from Tulane, Miami (FL), Temple, Toledo, UMass, Akron, Arkansas State and others.
Shadre Hurst is a 6’2 260 lb offensive lineman from Cartersville, GA. Hurst played on both sides of the ball in high school and was recently offered by Tulane. He also holds offers from Washington State, UMass and others.
